In this informative educational lecture by
Dr. Kuhn, you will learn how Chinese medicine
works, how it benefits to your body, mind and
spirit, and how you can use the ancient medicine
to reduce life stress, balance your organ,
energy and emotion. You will learn what is
involved in this healing system, why it is so
important to have in your life. You will have
chance to experience some methodology of Chinese
medicine. Dr. Aihan Kuhn will enlighten your
spirit and inspire you to achieve anything you
want.

Qigong is a healing form of exercise which
has been practiced for thousands of years to
enhance health and longevity through gentle
exercise, breath and Qi flow. As many diseases
and illness today have been linked to stress,
regular Qigong practice can be an essential
component of healing and stress reduction. Qi
Gong helps to improve immune function, prevent
and heal joints and muscle problems throughout
the body, assist healing of various illnesses,
and nourish our mind.

Through interactive practice, you
will learn how to get the most from Tai Chi, and
have a deeper understanding of “Qi”, the life
force which helps in multiple aspects in daily
life. Dr. Kuhn will teach you how to incorporate
your mind and breath to your Tai Chi practice,
how to use Tai Chi principle to build strong and
rooted “Qi’, and how to use Tai Chi for daily
life stress reduction. Participants need to have
Tai Chi experience.

Conference Cancellation Policy: Cancellations
received prior to February 1, 2012 will be
refunded less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations received after February 1, 2012
will not be eligible for any refunds. If for any
reason the conference should be cancelled, TQHI
will refund the registration fee within 30 days
of cancelling the conference. The Conference is
not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other
costs
